Listening to our Inner Jackal - Live Workshop
Time & Location
About The Event
When you make a mistake, how do you react? Do you often blame or criticise yourself, even for the smallest mistakes? That’s your inner jackal or critic talking.
The inner critic is the part of us that wants to point out all of our faults. It expects perfection and won’t accept anything less. It also assumes it knows how others think and feel about us. An inner critic plays like a stuck record in the background of the mind and is the source of feelings like guilt, shame, anger, and depression.
Could it be possible that this part of you actually wants to protect you from harm? Does it come from a place of good intent?
Connecting to it’s good intentions is the first part of the process of transforming this pattern of behaviour
In this workshop we are going to explore how to meet the inner critic with compassion, using Nonviolent Communication and inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS)
The workshop will be led by CNVC Trainer Nic Burnand.
Please note that this webinar will be held at 3PM (GMT+1/CEST, Brussels time). Please check that this works for you.
